JULY 25

Drugs: A 20-year-old Waconia man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and a 20-year-old Bloomington man was cited for underage consumption following a traffic stop at France Avenue and Minnesota Drive.

JULY 26

Drugs: A 33-year-old Edina man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a syringe following a disturbance in the 5200 block of Interlachen Boulevard.

EXCELSIOR

JULY 19

Theft: A glass water can was missing from the top of a refrigerator at a home near 2nd Street and 1st Street.

GREENWOOD

JULY 29

Missing person: A resident reported he had not heard from his two sons. He was later informed they had been arrested on narcotics charges.

CORCORAN

JULY 26

Burglary: Money was stolen from a safe at a business in the 23000 block of Hwy. 55.

AUG. 2

Drunken driving: A 22-year-old Minnetonka woman was arrested for drunken driving and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at Mainstreet and 15th Avenue.

INDEPENDENCE

JULY 20

Found: A marijuana pipe and lighter were found on a picnic table at Pioneer Creek Community Park. The items were secured and destroyed.

MAPLE GROVE

JULY 19

Weapon: An officer spoke to a father and son and warned them of the ordinance for dangerous weapons after they were found in a neighbor's yard looking for an arrow. They had shot an arrow that went over the fence in the 9300 block of Norwood Court.

PLYMOUTH

JULY 17

Disorderly conduct: A 59-year-old Plymouth woman was cited for disorderly conduct after she was yelling and causing a disturbance at Wells Fargo, 3000 Fernbrook Lane.

Underage consumption: A 19-year-old Maple Plain woman was cited for underage consumption following a disturbance in the 2000 block of Shenandoah Court.

JULY 20

Theft: A purse was stolen from a stroller while the victim was at a barbecue in the 1800 block of County Road 101.

Theft: A riding lawn mower was stolen from the yard of a home in the 4900 block of Yuma Lane.

RICHFIELD

AUG. 2

Theft: A motorized scooter was stolen from the garage of a home in the 6200 block of 4th Avenue S.

AUGUST 3

Underage consumption: A 20-year-old Chanhassen woman was arrested for underage consumption at an apartment in the 1600 block of 75th Street W.

AUG. 4

Drugs: Officers responded to the 6400 block of Nicollet Avenue S. regarding a suspicious vehicle. The caller reported two people were in the vehicle possibly using drugs. A 21-year-old Eden Prairie woman and a 22-year-old St. Louis Park man were arrested for possession of heroin.

Assault: A 33-year-old Richfield man was arrested on suspicion of assault after officers responded to a report of a fight in the 600 block of 78th Street E.
