Suspicious activity: Officers responded to a home on Mabel Court regarding a suspicious male in the yard. Officers arrived and observed a deer running through the yard.

Civil issue: Officers responded to a home in the 7900 block of Eagle Ridge Road regarding a civil issue. An intoxicated woman, 33, was upset because her parents wouldn't let her leave the house and wouldn't return her purse. The parents said they felt their daughter was in no shape to drive and they would watch her overnight.

Theft: A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of 11th Avenue S.

Theft: Sandwiches were stolen from Driskell's Foods, 25 11th Av. N.

Theft: License plates were stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of 10th Avenue.

Suspicious activity: Someone called police to report two people walking with a flashlight in the Department of Natural Resources parking lot, 3285 Lake Haughey Road Officers located the two people and found that they were letting their dog burn off some energy.

Suspicious device: Someone reported a suspicious device on the side of the road that was wrapped in aluminum foil, with wires and ticking. Officers located it and discovered it was an anti-theft security device.

Theft: A surveillance camera was stolen from the 5300 block of Highway 12.

Drugs: A 43-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 4400 block of County Road 116.

JAN. 28

Theft: A woman left her purse in a restroom in the 1300 block of Baker Park Road. When she went back to get the purse, $300 was missing from it.

FEB. 16

Disorderly conduct: A 42-year-old Richfield man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process following a disturbance at an apartment in the 7700 block of Penn Avenue S.

Theft: A 29-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for theft after he was caught using casino coins at the self-serve coin collection at Midcountry Bank, 23800 Hwy. 7.

TONKA BAY

FEB. 13

Alcohol violation: An Eden Prairie woman, 65, was arrested for violating her driver's license restriction on drinking alcohol after she was stopped for speeding on Club Lane and Smithtown Road.

Assault: A 19-year-old Waconia man was cited for assault in the 1400 block of Community Drive.
