WEEK OF MAY 14
Assault. Someone reported a fight outside a health club on Highway 41. Officers discovered that members of a self-defense class were participating in drills from an instructor. Officers requested that they notify police if they hold any future classes outside.
CORCORAN
MAY 5
Drugs. A 21-year-old Corcoran man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia near County Road 10 and County Road 101.
EDINA
JUNE 4
Theft. Someone stole $135.03 from Caribou Coffee, 5816 Lincoln Drive.
JUNE 5
Drugs. A 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 6700 block of Valley View Road.
Theft. An employee at Macy's at Southdale Center was performing unauthorized markdowns that totaled $346. The 23-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for theft.
JUNE 6
Theft. Cash and a watch were stolen from a locked locker at the YMCA, 7355 York Av. S.
JUNE 7
Property damage. A 52-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for property damage after he fired a pellet into a window at the Edina Liquor Store, 6755 York Av. S.

MAY 7
Theft. A large yard ornament was stolen from a home on the 200 block of 16th Avenue N.
MAY 10
Theft. Catalytic converters were cut off three vehicles on the 600 block of 12th Avenue S.
MAY 13
Disturbance. Officers mediated an argument between brothers at a home on the 400 block of 7th Street S.

MAY 7
Fire. Someone reported a house fire on the 5200 block of County Road 6. Officers found that it was a small recreational fire. The house was fine.
MAY 9
Found. A wheelbarrow was found at Highway 12 and Hitmans Lane. It is in safekeeping for the owner to identify and claim it.
MAY 11
Animal complaint. Officers responded to County Road 90 and Pagenkopf Road regarding a loose dog. The owner told officers that her children felt sorry for the dog having to wear a collar and they removed it.
MEDINA
MAY 7
Animal complaint. Someone called police to report a distressed cat in a tree, unable to come down, on the 1600 block of Homestead Trail. The caller was advised that the cat would eventually come down.
Theft. Change was stolen from the ashtray in a vehicle on the 2800 block of Lakeshore Avenue.

Theft. A city-owned sign was found in a dorm room at Crown College in St. Bonifacius.
RICHFIELD
JUNE 10
Theft. A woman set her purse down in Rainbow Foods, 140 66th St. W. When she returned, it was gone.
JUNE 15
Burglary. A large amount of cash was stolen from a safe in a home on the 7200 block of Blaisdell Avenue S.
Property damage. Glass on a door at the water plant, 6221 Portland Av. S., was shattered.
