APRIL 13

Animal complaint. A guinea hen was damaging property at a home on the 2000 block of Poppy Drive.

APRIL 18

Child found. Someone found a small child riding a tricycle in the road on the 9900 block of Deerbrook Dr. Officers located the mother and returned the child to her.

APRIL 30

Theft. An iPad was stolen from a classroom at Valley View Middle School, 6750 Valley View Rd. It had been left unattended.

MAY 1

Theft. A trailer and the two personal watercraft that were on it were stolen from the 6800 block of Washington Avenue S.

Theft. A 39-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for stealing a purse from a customer at Chuck E. Cheese, 7505 France Av. S.

APRIL 27

Suspicious activity. Two men were reported sleeping in a tent on a business loading dock on the 300 block of 3rd Street. Officers asked them to leave.

APRIL 18

Animal complaint. Peacocks were reported on the 600 block of County Road 155.

APRIL 13

Property damage. Someone cut the spark plug wires in a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home on the 16300 block of 70th Avenue.

APRIL 15

Theft. More than $800 in fragrances were stolen from Ulta, 12181 Elm Creek Blvd. The suspect fled in a vehicle.

APRIL 17

Theft. Copper wire on a power pole was stolen on the 6600 block of Sunnyslope Drive.

Drugs. A 47-year-old Elk River man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle on County Road 19 and Highway 55.

Theft. Fish locators were stolen from a boat on the 900 block of Preserve Boulevard.

Theft. A roof vent from a chimney was stolen from Little Caesar's Pizza, 20 66th St. W.

APRIL 19

Check welfare. A woman from Chile received a call from a child trying to find his mother. Officers traced the call to a home on the 8400 block of Woodland Curve. Both parents were home. The 6-year-old boy had misdialed the phone.

SHOREWOOD

APRIL 28

Assist public. A man was paying for gas at the Metro Petro Gas Station when the dog that was in the car stepped on the keys, which had been left in the cup holder, and pushed the button that activated the door lock. Officers were unable to unlock the vehicle.

TONKA BAY

APRIL 21

Property damage. Juveniles were seen defecating on the slide at Manitou Park. A 12-year-old Shorewood boy and a 12-year-old Tonka Bay boy were cited for disorderly conduct.

WATERTOWN TOWNSHIP

APRIL 13

Animal complaint. A goat was reported in the road at Swede Lake Road and County Road 10.
