CHASKA

WEEK OF MARCH 19

Disorderly conduct. A man was issued a citation for disorderly conduct after neighbors complained that he was on his porch, yelling obscenities at his cat. He was upset because the cat would not come inside. He has been cited and warned in the past for his behavior, police said.

EDINA

APRIL 2

Found. A food processor was found on the 6800 block of Point Drive.

APRIL 5

Theft. A 1998 Honda Civic was stolen from an underground garage on the 4400 block of Parklawn Avenue.

APRIL 7

Underage consumption. Two 16-year-old boys were issued citations for underage consumption of alcohol after an officer located them by Southview Middle School at 4725 Southview Lane.

EXCELSIOR

APRIL 4

Theft. A 13-year-old girl was arrested for stealing a swim suit from Bungalow Bangles, 229 Water St.

HOPKINS

MARCH 14

Suspicious activity. A woman reported that someone had put dog feces on the porch of her home on the 300 block of Herman Terrace. She said this has happened on numerous occasions.

MARCH 17

Suspicious activity. An officer advised a person found dumping goldfish in a creek at 6th Street South and 11th Avenue South to stop.

MARCH 22

Theft. A woman reported that $900 was stolen from her purse while she was shopping at Goodwill Industries, 1025 Hill St.

MAPLE PLAIN

MARCH 17

Disorderly conduct. A 56-year-old Maple Plain man was arrested for disorderly conduct in a parking lot on the 5300 block of Hwy. 12. He continued to yell and use profanity after being asked to stop.

MARCH 20

Property damage. Someone stabbed two tires on a vehicle with a syringe needle on the 1500 block of Howard Avenue.

PLYMOUTH

MARCH 22

Prostitution. An 18-year-old Crystal female was arrested for prostitution on the 200 block of Carlson Parkway after an investigation of an online escort service, police said.

MARCH 23

Burglary. A television and money were stolen from a home on the 900 block of Harbor Lane N. The home had been left unlocked.

MARCH 26

Burglary. Twenty doorknobs and oil rub were stolen from a home that is under construction on the 5500 block of Upland Lane N.

MARCH 27

Theft. Fishing equipment was stolen from a boat that was parked in the driveway of a home on the 4000 block of Minnesota Lane N.

RICHFIELD

APRIL 12

Burglary. Jewelry, cash and credit cards were stolen from a home on the 6500 block of Woodlake Drive.

Theft. A catalytic converter was cut off of a vehicle parked on the 700 block of 12th Avenue South.

SHOREWOOD

APRIL 5

Animal complaint. A dog owner on the 26300 block of Birch Bluff Road was issued a citation following a complaint about the dog's barking.

APRIL 6

Underage drinking. An 18-year-old Tonka Bay female, a 20-year-old Mound male and a 17-year-old Deephaven female were arrested for underage alcohol consumption. An 18-year-old Shorewood male was arrested for underage alcohol consumption and possession of a small amount of marijuana. A 22-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for furnishing alcohol to persons under age 21. An officer found them at a bonfire on a path leading to the marina near the 28200 block of Boulder Circle, police said.
