CHANHASSEN

OCT. 4

Burglary. A bicycle was stolen from an attached garage of a home on the 2800 block of Arboretum Village Trail.

OCT. 10

Drugs. Police arrested an 18-year-old Excelsior man for possession and sale of a fifth-degree controlled substance on the 400 block of Chan View.

CHASKA

WEEK OF OCT. 18

Underage drinking. Someone called police to report three suspicious vehicles at an abandoned property on McKnight Road. Officers located the vehicles and found that three girls who were passengers in the vehicles had consumed alcohol. All three were cited for minor consumption of alcohol.

WEEK OF OCT. 25

Alcohol violation. Officers responded to a home on Jason Road regarding suspicious activity. According to police reports, witnesses reported seeing people enter the home empty-handed and leaving with bags full of beer. After an investigation, police discovered numerous cases of beer stacked on the floor and in a couple of refrigerators. A woman was arrested and is charged with selling alcohol without a license. The home was a popular place to purchase alcohol during the night, on Sundays and for minors, police said.

EDEN PRAIRIE

OCT. 7

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a call at a home on the 18000 block of Twilight Trail. A 22-year-old man reported that he thought he heard a sliding glass door open. He and his father checked the door, but it was locked and secured.

OCT. 11

Drugs. Police cited a 15-year-old boy for having drug paraphernalia in a motor vehicle on the 12000 block of Tussock Court.

EDINA

OCT. 18

Theft. Someone stole copper wire and cable from the Xcel Energy lot at 5309 70th St. W.

OCT. 21

Theft. A 75-year-old Richfield man was arrested for allegedly stealing a bottle of alcohol from Edina Liquor Store, 6755 York Av. S.

MAPLE GROVE

OCT. 23

Medical. Police and paramedics responded to a call on the 8900 block of Comstock Lane regarding a head injury after a person fell while jumping out of a boat parked on a trailer.

OCT. 25

Vandalism. Someone put plastic wrap on a vehicle and flattened its tires in the 9600 block of Grove Circle.

MEDINA

SEPT. 27

Animal complaint. Police responded to a call regarding a loose horse in a field on the 2600 block of Pioneer Trail. The horse was located and returned home safely.

OCT. 1

Noise complaint. Someone called police to report loud noises on the 4300 block of Willow Drive. Officers located the owner of the property and found that a bachelor party was going on and that guests were shooting clay pigeons. They were not in violation of the city's hunting and firearms ordinance, police said.

PLYMOUTH

OCT. 16

Underage drinking. Someone called police to report a party where underage drinking was taking place at a home in the 13200 block of 45th Avenue N. Officers arrived and cited five girls and three boys, all age 17, for underage consumption or possession of alcohol, police said.

WATERTOWN

OCT. 3

Animal complaint. Someone called police to report that a donkey was walking around the neighborhood on Landings Lane and Watersway. The donkey was located and returned home.

Lost animal. Someone called police to report a lost donkey in the 900 block of Angel Avenue SW.
