CHANHASSEN
SEPT. 17: Drugs. Officers responded to the 2900 block of Corporate Place regarding suspicious activity. Two juvenile males were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

EDINA
SEPT. 12: Drugs. A 19-year-old South St. Paul man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol following a traffic stop on the 7200 block of Highway 100.

EXCELSIOR
SEPT. 15: Theft. Someone reportedly siphoned gas from a vehicle on 3rd Avenue.

MAPLE PLAIN
SEPT. 14: Kidnapping. A Wisconsin woman reported that her son had been kidnapped in a carjacking on the 5000 block of Manchester Drive. The son and his father were found. No kidnapping occurred.

MEDINA
SEPT. 11: Animal complaint. Officers responded to the 3200 block of Mill Drive regarding two hamsters abandoned in the park. Officers located the hamsters in a cage and they appeared to be cold. The hamsters were given to an individual at a flea market who wanted them.

RICHFIELD
SEPT. 18: Assault. Officers responded to 66th Street W. and Lake Shore Drive S. regarding a possible medical situation. A male victim had been knocked unconscious. A 35-year-old Richfield man was arrested on suspicion of assault.

SHOREWOOD
SEPT. 18: Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a home on the 4000 block of Regents Walk regarding an intoxicated man showing up at the home wanting directions.
