Underage consumption. An 18-year-old Chanhassen man was cited for underage drinking and driving, open bottle and possession of alcohol following a traffic stop at Fawn Hill Road and Hunter Drive. The passenger, a juvenile female, was cited for underage consumption and curfew violation.

CORCORAN

NOV. 11

Burglary. A 28-year-old Corcoran man was arrested on suspicion of burglary at a home on the 7800 block of Maple Hill Road after he was found inside a locked residence.

NOV. 12

Fire. Officers responded to a home on the 6700 block of Willow Drive regarding a report of black smoke. Officers arrived at the residence and found a male burning plastic materials and other non-burnable items. The officer explained the city ordinance and that he was burning prohibited items. The man said he lives out in the country and can burn whatever he wants to. He was cited for burning prohibited materials.

Driving violation. Officers observed a vehicle going 70 mph in a 55 mph zone on Hwy. 12. The driver, a 27-year-old man, admitted he was in a hurry to get to the courthouse to fight the last ticket he received. He was cited for speeding.

NOV. 10

Drugs. A 25-year-old Delano man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle after he was topped for unsafe driving on Hwy. 12 and Howard Avenue.

PLYMOUTH

NOV. 8

Theft. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in a parking lot on the 3500 block of Vicksburg Lane.

NOV. 9

Drugs. Officers responded to the 3400 block of Lawndale Lane regarding juveniles in the park after hours. Four 16-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy were cited for possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol.

RICHFIELD

NOV. 2

Shots fired. Officers responded to the 6800 block of Cedar Avenue S. regarding a drive-by shooting. Officers were unable to locate the suspects.

NOV. 7

Drugs. A 22-year-old Minnetonka man was arrested on suspicion of possession of prescription drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a vehicle was stopped on 66th Street W. and Rae Drive. The driver, a 21-year-old Richfield man, was arrested on suspicion of driving without insurance and driving after suspension.

NOV. 8

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S., regarding a disturbance. A 24-year-old Falcon Heights man, a 29-year-old Roseville man and a 29-year-old Eden Prairie man were all cited for disorderly conduct. Two of the men had warrants and were arrested.

SHOREWOOD

NOV. 6

Drunken driving. An 18-year-old Victoria woman was arrested on suspicion of underage drinking and driving along with possession of an open bottle following a traffic stop for an equipment violation on Hwy. 7 and Eureka Road.

TONKA BAY

NOV. 3

Suspicious activity. Someone reported a suspicious vehicle following the school bus for the past few days on Manitou Road. Officers spoke to the male driver and learned he was following the bus to make sure his child got to school safely.

NOV. 7

Theft. A resident on Manitou Road reported his flag had been stolen. He called back later informing officers that his wife had moved it.
