Domestic. Officers responded to a report of an argument between a mother and her 17-year-old daughter at a home at County Road 19 and Hwy. 55. The father arrived and the daughter went home with him, and the parties were separated for the rest of the day.
Drugs. A 28-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia; obstructing the legal process, and driving after revocation of license, following a traffic stop in the 4300 block of Highway 62.
Underage consumption. A 20-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for underage consumption and disorderly conduct at the Braemar Ice Arena, 7501 Ikola Way.
Drunken driving. A 69-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at Highway 100 and 50th Street.
Assist public. Officers responded to a report of a 3-year-old child locked inside a vehicle in the 3300 block of Butternut Drive. They unlocked the vehicle without incident.
Driving violation. A 35-year-old woman was cited for texting while driving on Main Street.
Driving violation. Charges were pending against a 40-year-old man for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for speeding on County Road 110.
Disorderly conduct. A 37-year-old Brooklyn Center woman was arrested for disorderly conduct at Arc's Value Village, 6528 Penn Av. S.
Drugs. Officers observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S. A 30-year-old Clara City, Minn., man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
Domestic assault. Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident at a home in the 7200 block of Columbus Avenue S., and arrested a 19-year-old man for allegedly choking his 16-year-old sister.
Robbery. Officers responded to a report of a male being dragged by two other males in the 7000 block of Harriet Avenue S. They determined that the two males were attempting to rob the victim, and arrested a 20-year-old Minneapolis man for robbery and kidnapping.
Drunken driving. A 29-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop for rolling through a stop sign at Old Market Road and Highway 7.
Disorderly conduct. A 16-year-old Victoria boy was cited for disorderly conduct and arrested for an apprehension and detain order in the 1600 block of Community Drive.
Vehicle violation. A 16-year-old Watertown boy was cited for violation of curfew and motor vehicle noise limits at Madison Street SW. and Westminster Avenue SW.
