Underage drinking. An 18-year-old Rogers girl was cited for underage drinking and driving and no proof of insurance at Lake Lucy Road and Powers Boulevard.
Driving violation. A 35-year-old man was cited for inattentive driving after he was involved in a two-vehicle accident at Galpin Boulevard and Lyman Boulevard.
Drugs. A 45-year-old Hastings man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, driving after suspension and no insurance after being involved in suspicious activity at Walgreens, 6975 York Av.
Drugs. An 18-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 5200 block of Crosstown Highway 62.
Drunken driving. A 24-year-old Edina man was arrested for drunken driving after a traffic stop at Southdale. A passenger, a 23-year-old Savage man, was arrested for permitting the driver to operate a vehicle while impaired.
Drunken driving. A 60-year-old Tonka Bay man was arrested for drunken driving after he was pulled over for stopping in the middle of the road at Lake and Water streets.
Assist public. A resident at an apartment complex in the 13300 block of Maple Knoll Way reported that someone there was using an offensive name for Wi-Fi access. An officer advised the resident to contact the service company to see if it had any regulations regarding the use of names.
Fire. Officers responded to a smoke alarm in the 11800 block of Fountains Way. They determined it was set off by burned food in the microwave. Firefighters ventilated the room.
Drugs. A 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at Highway 169 and Bass Lake Road.
Weapon. A 23-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm at a home in the 5500 block of Orleans Lane.
Weapon. A 15-year-old boy was arrested for possession of a handgun in the 3400 block of Vicksburg Lane.
Drugs. A 32-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at County Road 6 and Niagara Lane.
Drugs. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at an apartment in the 7600 block of 18th Avenue S. They cited a 42-year-old Minneapolis woman for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft. A tip jar was stolen from Five Guys, 1844 E. 66th St.
Drugs. A 33-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for possession of marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 700 block of American Boulevard E. A 17-year-old girl also was arrested for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
Fire. Officers responded to a fire alarm at Southwest Metro Educational Cooperative, 8801 Wildwood Av. They determined that it was a false alarm set off by a student.
