JAN. 1

Underage consumption. An 18-year-old Victoria man was cited for underage consumption in the 6900 block of Lake Harrison Circle.

EDEN PRAIRIE

JAN. 5

Weapon. A 38-year-old man was arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm after he was seen firing the weapon in the parking lot of Lake Place Apartments, 11445 Anderson Lakes Pkwy.

EDINA

DEC. 29

Theft. A 14-year-old girl was arrested for theft after she was caught shoplifting items valued at $580 at Target, 7000 York Av.

JAN. 1

Drugs. A 26-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving after license revocation following a traffic stop in the 7700 block of Normandale Road.

PLYMOUTH

DEC. 30

Drugs. A 59-year-old Wayzata woman was arrested for possession of narcotics after being stopped for a traffic violation in the 16800 block of 39th Avenue.

JAN. 1

Assault. A 17-year-old girl was arrested for assault following a physical altercation in the 17000 block of 48th Avenue.

JAN. 2

Theft. Tools valued at $6,000 were stolen from an unlocked trailer in the 17700 block of 58th Circle N.

JAN. 3

Theft. A woman reported that her purse was stolen from her shopping cart at Michaels, 3215 Vicksburg Lane. The purse was later located outside the store but missing $600 in cash.

JAN. 4

Robbery. A male reported he was walking down the 15700 block of 37th Avenue when someone ran up and stole his messenger bag, valued at $950.

RICHFIELD

DEC. 29

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of a man sleeping in the 7500 block of Lyndale Avenue S. The 22-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

Weapon. Officers responded to a report of a fight involving a knife in the 7500 block of Lyndale Avenue S. A 52-year-old Oak Grove man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.

DEC. 30

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 7500 block of Thomas Avenue S. A 27-year-old Rogers man was arrested for possession of heroin.

DEC. 31

Drunken driving. Officers responded to a report of a man passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle that had crashed with another in the 3000 block of 66th Street W. A 27-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance.

Disturbance. Officers located two females in the parking lot of the police department, 6700 Portland Av. S., who were involved in a disturbance. A 20-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for violation of an order for protection.

SHOREWOOD

JAN. 1

Weapon. A 35-year-old Chaska man was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon, giving police officers a false name and driving after suspension, after he was stopped for a traffic violation at Highways 41 and 7.

WATERTOWN TOWNSHIP

DEC. 31

Disorderly conduct. A 16-year-old boy was cited for reckless driving and disorderly conduct following a traffic stop at Swede Lake Road and County Road 10 N. One passenger, a 16-year-old boy, was cited for disorderly conduct and another passenger, also a 16-year-old boy, was cited for disorderly conduct and possession of fireworks.
