CHANHASSEN

JAN. 17

Driving violation. A 19-year-old Shakopee man was cited for speeding and driving without a valid license after he was stopped at County Roads 61 and 101.

JAN. 21

Drunken driving. An 18-year-old Minnetonka man was arrested for drunken driving, underage consumption and failure to drive with due care following a traffic stop at Hwy. 5 and Park Drive.

CORCORAN

JAN. 28

Driving violations. A 46-year-old Corcoran woman was arrested on a warrant after she was stopped at County Roads 10 and 19.

JAN. 29

Underage consumption. A 16-year-old boy was arrested for underage drinking and driving after he was stopped at County Road 116 and Schutte Road.

EDINA

JAN. 19

Drunken driving. A 23-year-old Edina man was arrested for drunken driving and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at France Avenue and 54th Street.

JAN. 23

Theft. A 62-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for theft and possession of burglary tools after he was caught stealing clothes at Herberger's in Southdale Center.

JAN. 29

Theft. A 51-year-old Edina woman was arrested for stealing a scarf valued at $98 from Macy's in Southdale Center.

MEDINA

JAN. 12

Assist public. A resident in the 1200 block of Oakview Road reported the garage door opener wasn't working and there was no other way of entering the house. An officer arrived and replaced the battery in the door opener.

JAN. 15

Check welfare. A resident in the 100 block of Clydesdale Trail on the phone with her neighbor reported that it sounded like the neighbor was having difficulty breathing. Officers met with the neighbor, who said she was having trouble using her new phone.

JAN. 19

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of Cherry Hill Court. Officers located a woman who lived nearby and told them that she was getting in her 10,000 steps for the day.

PLYMOUTH

JAN. 28

Drugs. A 15-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for a traffic violation at Annapolis Lane and County Road 6.

RICHFIELD

JAN. 18

Theft. Officers responded to a report of a theft the previous day at Lunds & Byerlys, 6228 Penn Av. S. A male had concealed 18 steaks and left the store without paying for them.

JAN. 20

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at Target, 6445 Richfield Pkwy. They discovered that a man was using his cellphone and a selfie stick to videotape females in a fitting room. The man fled before officers arrived.

JAN. 21

Drunken driving. A 37-year-old Richfield man was arrested for drunken driving after he was stopped for driving with his high beam headlights on at 78th Street W. and Penn Avenue S.

WACONIA

JAN. 22

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of Meadow Lake Place. An 18-year-old Waconia man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
