Theft. A 29-year-old Robbinsdale man was arrested for theft of $174 in cab services in the 3900 block of W. 70th Street.

Drugs. A 22-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at Hwy. 100 and W. 77th Street.

Drunken driving. A 22-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for drunken driving and speeding following a traffic stop at Hwy. 100 and W. 50th Street.

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Hwy. 7 and Elm Place, and arrested a 26-year-old Chaska woman for disorderly conduct.

JAN. 7
Medical. Officers responded to a report of an individual having trouble standing at AMC Classic Arbor Lakes 16 theater, 12575 Elm Creek Blvd. A 31-year-old woman was found to be intoxicated and taken to the hospital.

Animal complaint. A resident reported that an animal was stuck in their window well at a home in the 8200 block of Walnut Grove Lane. An officer found a muskrat, removed it and released it into the nearby woods.

Animal complaint. A fox was reported hanging around a day-care center in the 9800 block of Maple Grove Parkway. An officer responded but was unable to locate the fox.

Underage consumption. A 16-year-old Plymouth boy and a 16-year-old Wayzata boy were cited for minor consumption of alcohol at Hamel Road and Sioux Drive.

Theft. A battery was stolen out of a vehicle at a home on Partridge Road.

Drugs. A 29-year-old Minneapolis man and a 29-year-old Wanamingo woman were arrested for possession of heroin following a traffic stop at Cedar Avenue and Diagonal Boulevard.
JAN. 10
Prostitution. A 47-year-old Plymouth woman was arrested for prostitution in the 7600 block of Lyndale Avenue S.
Arson. Officers responded to a report of a dumpster fire at Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S., apparently because a woman had tossed a lighted cigarette in the dumpster. They arrested a 46-year-old woman for arson and assaulting a police officer.
JAN. 17
Weapon. Officers made contact with a suspicious vehicle in the 7700 block of Nicollet Avenue S. They arrested a 32-year-old Eden Prairie man for possession of a sawed-off shotgun and cited a 34-year-old Edina woman for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drunken driving. A 50-year-old Long Lake man was arrested for drunken driving after he was stopped for erratic driving at Echo Road and County Road 19.

Warrant. A 50-year-old Edina man was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop at Manitou and Tonka Bay roads.
WACONIA

Drugs. A Waconia woman, 18, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1600 block of Community Drive.
