Theft: Five 15-year-old girls were arrested after they allegedly stole clothes from Macy's at Southdale Center.

Property damage: A trolley was unable to brake in time and ran into a utility pole near Excelsior Boulevard and Minnetonka Boulevard.

APRIL 17
Suspicious activity: Officers responded to a home in the 7000 block of Mariner Drive regarding several juveniles climbing onto the roof of a garage and looking in a window. Officers discovered that one of the juveniles lives there and was locked out.
APRIL 18
Drunken driving: A 40-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, child endangerment and other offenses after he was stopped for driving the wrong way on a one-way street at Fountains Way and Hemlock Lane. Children were in the vehicle at the time he was stopped.
Property damage: An Anoka woman, 19, was arrested for property damage after she allegedly slashed tires of a vehicle on the 12000 block of 89th Place.

APRIL 18
Noise complaint: Officers responded to a home in the 1500 block of Howard Avenue regarding a possible domestic. A couple explained they were not arguing. The woman told officers she had to raise her voice because he was in another room.
APRIL 22
Fire: A business owner reported that his roof unit was smoking and small flames were visible on the 5300 block of Hwy. 12. The fire department extinguished the fire and discovered an animal had built a nest inside the unit and it caught fire.

Drunken driving: A 48-year-old Maple Plain woman was arrested for drunken driving and open bottle after she was stopped for a headlight out at Hwy. 12 and Luce Line Trail.
RICHFIELD
MAY 8
Theft: Jewelry valued at over $5,000 was stolen from a home in the 7100 block of 14th Avenue S. Two men entered the home wanting to check on a leak in a roof that they claimed to have installed.
MAY 11
Weapon: A 28-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance. Officers were investigating suspicious activity and he was located leaving the scene in the 500 block of 66th Street E.

Burglary: Numerous items were stolen from an unlocked apartment on Wedgwood Drive.
MAY 13
Fire: Multiple fire departments extinguished a fire at a home on Ferncraft Drive. The homeowner was burning weeds in his back yard when a couple of plastic chairs caught on fire.

MAY 9
Drugs: A 22-year-old Hopkins man was cited for possession of marijuana at County Road 19 and Northrup Avenue.
MAY 13
Missing person: A woman from a home on Pleasant Avenue reported her husband had been missing since the previous morning. Officers located the husband. He had been fishing.
