Drunken driving: A 21-year-old ÂExcelsior man was arrested for drunken driving, obstructing the legal process and assaulting an officer after he ran his vehicle into a tree and a house on Mill Street and 3rd Avenue.

Theft: An 18-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested on suspicion of stealing lottery tickets from the Maple Grove BP station, 13379 Bass Lake Rd.

Animal complaint: Officers responded to the 2300 block of Cox Trail on a report that a llama's head was stuck in a fence. The llama's owner had cut a portion of the fence and set the llama free by the time officers arrived.
Animal complaint: A woman from the 300 block of Aspen Avenue was advised of the city ordinance after a complaint was received regarding her three barking dogs.

Fire: Firefighters responded to a home on the 3000 block of Lakeshore Avenue regarding an electrical fire. A burnt heating pad was located inside the microwave oven. The homeowner said she was must have forgotten it was in there.

Drugs: An 18-year-old Mound man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for a traffic violation on County Road 44.

Theft: A saddle valued at $1,200 was stolen from a barn on Wind Ridge Trail.

Disorderly conduct: Two men, ages 22 and 25, were cited for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a fight on the 6200 block of Pleasant Avenue S. One of the men was taken to the hospital due to his intoxication level.

Drugs: Officers responded to the 7100 block of Cedar Avenue S. regarding a suspicious vehicle. A 29-year-old Edina woman was arrested for possession of mariÂjuana and was found to have a felony warrant for her arrest.

Suspicious vehicle: Officers responded to the 22000 block of Murry Street regarding a vehicle that has been arriving in the area frequently and parking for several hours. A young male and female were found in the back seat of the vehicle. They said they would leave the area.
