Pre-leasing underway for new apartmentsA new apartment building -- 36 Park -- isn't expected to be opened until March 2013 but has started to sign up residents.
It's described as a luxury apartment building with amenities that include a rooftop terrace with a fire pit and grill, a clubroom featuring a billiards table and a recreation area providing lawn bowling and other outdoor games.
Applications for leases are being taken now at 3529 Raleigh Av. in St. Louis Park. Visitors can view a model kitchen, renderings of various floor plans and common areas. All applicants who sign a lease by Jan. 1 will receive a move-in incentive.

Ground broken for Maggie ManorSeveral current and former board members of Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (ICOP) broke ground last week for a six-unit family housing development at IOCP's former facility at 110 Grand Av.
"It takes a whole village to create opportunities like this," LaDonna Hoy, executive director of IOCP, said in a statement. "Maggie Manor represents this village at its best."
Maggie Manor has four three-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units, one of which is handicap accessible.
