CHANHASSEN

New fitness club opens this monthKoko FitClub has opened its first Minnesota location -- a Chanhassen club that opened Monday at 820 W. 78th St., near Byerly's.

The nationwide chain says it creates a customized training plan based on the member's goals and ability.

This information is then uploaded to a USB card, which members insert in the strength training or cardio machines at the club.

The Koko technology then guides members through their personalized workout.
