It's butt-cold outside, as my way better half likes to say , but that's all more reason to enjoy a jolt of summer 'round about now. The Gazela Vinho Verde ($6-$8) is fresh, lively and brisk as can be, with a nice acidic fizz for good measure. It's a great aperitif, especially with soft cheeses, and works with most any seafood.
