Weekly restaurant deal: Curran's Restaurant

Now this is a happy hour. Make that hours. Every day from 2 to p.m. and from 7 p.m. to close, Curran's Restaurant (4201 Nicollet Av. S., Mpls., 6120822-5327, www.currans-restaurant.com) drops the price of all of its pies by the slice to $1. That's one buck, for a slice from any pie in the case. The standard selection always includes strawberry, pumpkin, pecan, blueberry and cherry, and there's a daily feature, such as Dutch apple or rhubarb-strawberry. RICK NELSON
