Byrl Johnson's quest for dentures got derailed as he switched insurance plans

The Sunday column featured my story, Rick Sennott's photos and Matt Gilmer's video about Byrl Johnson, a Cannon Falls man whose nine-month quest for dentures got derailed when he switched from one public insurance plan to another. After Whistleblower inquired about the situation, the dentist agreed to do the final surgical procedure without charge. Jane Friedmann's Hard Data column listed real estate professionals whose licenses were revoked or suspended because of misconduct. The On Your Side column raised questions about the timeliness of CenterPoint Energy's response to a homeowner whose air conditioning quit during the heat wave.
