This weekend will bring a couple of weather problems. First, it will beraining on and off from the southern Plains to the mid-Atlantic region. Some ofthat rain will be heavy causing flash flooding. It will also be stormy on theWest Coast with a pretty good soaking expected from central Californianorthward.The Pacific rain bands will break up as they cross the Cascade andSierra-Nevada mountain ranges, but scattered showers will make it all the wayto the Colorado Rockies later Saturday and Sunday.

The Southeast will remain warm and humid with most of the wet weatherslipping by to the north.
