HISTORY CENTER SATURDAYS

New breweries and distilleries are popping up at a brisk pace. Learn what's new in handcrafted beer and have a chat with local distillers. Sample their products for a mere $5. Check out the exhibit "American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition." Also at the History Center this month is special Black History Month programming. Learn about Tuskeegee airman Harold Brown in the "Minnesota's Greatest Generation" exhibit. Guests can even try on a parachute pack and make a model aircraft. (Noon-4 p.m. Sat. $6-$11.
