DISCOVER THE DINOSAURS

A prehistoric themed event with two main areas for guests to explore. The exhibit features scenes that represent dinosaurs in different time periods. Using a map, go on a scavenger hunt that will give you information about each scene. Other attractions include Dino Theater, rides, inflatables, gem and fossil panning and more. Winter Play

The air may be a bit brisk, but there is still fun to be had in the great outdoors. Participate in nature-inspired games such as sliding snow snakes across a frozen pond. (10 a.m. Sat. $5. Eastman Nature Center, Elm Creek Park Reserve, 13351 Elm Creek Rd., Maple Grove. www.threeriversparks.org.)
