Scottish Ramble

It's Minnesota Tartan Week and to mark the occasion, the Minnesota Police Pipe Band will lead a foot parade around Rice Park to herald the beginning of this annual festival. Teams of kilt-clad musicians will blare the bagpipes and dancers will perform Highland and country dancing. Learn more about the Scots at lectures and exhibits. Also, authentic food and wares. (11 a.m. Sat. $4-$6. Landmark Center, 75 W. 5th St., St. Paul. 651-292-3063. landmarkcenter.org.)
