Erdmann's passing boosts Rosemount
• ROSEMOUNT 50, SHAKOPEE 8: The Irish, ranked No. 2 the Star Tribune Metro Top 10 and No. 2 in Class 6A, claimed the South Suburban Conference title with a victory Wednesday night. Jackson Erdmann's three touchdown passes in the final eight minutes of the first half helped the Irish open a 37-0 halftime lead.
• LAKEVILLE NORTH 31, EAGAN 0: Luke Branson rushed for 134 yards and two TDs to lead the Panthers, ranked No. 7 in the metro and No. 5 in Class 6A. The Panthers limited Eagan to 46 yards in total offense and three first downs in their third shutout of the season.
• EAST RIDGE 42, FOREST LAKE 3: Seth Green threw three TD passes and caught a TD pass and Dominik London rushed for 123 yards and a TD for the Raptors, ranked No. 8 in the metro and in Class 6A.
• CRETIN-DERHAM HALL 40, WOODBURY 7: Kenneth Udoibok rushed for 117 yards and two TDs and Maxwell Jackson passed for 221 yards and two TDs and ran for a TD to lead the Raiders past the Royals.
• NORTHFIELD 46, OWATONNA 15: Tommy McDonald rushed for 126 yards and three TDs to lead the Raiders, ranked No. 6 in Class 5A, to the victory.
• ST. FRANCIS 54, CHISAGO LAKES 21: John Santiago ran for four TDs to lead the Saints past the Wildcats, ranked No. 8 in Class 5A.
• HUTCHINSON 63, WACONIA 0: The Tigers, ranked No. 6 in the metro and No. 1 in Class 4A, recorded 10 sacks and rushed for 448 yards to earn their 34th consecutive victory. Robbie Grimsley rushed for 165 yards and three TDs for the Tigers, who allowed only five TDs during the regular season while outscoring opponents 416-36.
• HOLY ANGELS 55, ST. ANTHONY 0: Anthony Ekholm rushed for 124 yards and two TDs and passed for two TDs to lead the Stars, ranked No. 2 in Class 4A.
