(Randy Furst) This morning, Rybak faces the public again as he delivers his State of the City speech at the Capri Theater in north Minneapolis.

Vice President Joe Biden is in town to raise money for Sen. Amy Klobuchar: Ticket prices for the event at the downtown Hilton range from $10,000 for the VIP treatment to $125 for bronze seating. The most expensive ticket guarantees donors VIP seating, a photo with Biden and a mention in the event program. (Corey Mitchell)
