Wednesday (LeBron vs. Delmon) edition: Wha' Happened?
Good times.
June 8, 2011 at 12:33PM
We'll be very brief early this morning because we have an event to get to and because we didn't see either of the games you likely saw last night.
As best as we can tell from Twitter, though, Delmon Young was 0-for-19 with 10 strikeouts, 5 double plays and 4 triple plays hit into, while making 8 errors in the field, while LeBron James shot 2 for 47 and gave Jason Terry a personal escort to the basket whenever he requested one.
In all seriousness, we'll put it to a commenter discussion and vote: Who wore the bigger goat horns last night -- Delmon for his error that helped Cleveland score the only run of the game, or LeBron for his 8-point game on 3-of-11 shooting that helped the Mavs square the NBA finals at 2-2 with another comeback victory?
Minnesota shot nearly 60% during a 20-8 start to erase a fresh loss to Nebraska, but guard/forward Taylor Woodson suffered a knee injury early in the game.
