Weather to lift anyone's spirits -- and Stillwater Bridge

Lydia Code and Yona Cooperman, both of Hopkins, enjoyed Wednesday's lovely weather with a stroll across the Stillwater Lift Bridge, which reopened Wednesday afternoon. It had been closed since June 23 because of flooding. Another nice day is on tap Thursday.
