Weather is Cooling Down, but Fishing is Still Hot!

Bite is still Good....

August 12, 2012 at 11:28PM

Fish bite is still good in the Otter Tail Lake area.

Walleyes are in 20 to 30 feet of water. In the evening, crank bait is working in 6 to 10 feet of water. Bait of choice is night crawlers on harnesses or spinners and redtails on jigs or Lindy rigs.

Panfish and bass fishing has been excellent on most lakes.

Muskie fishing is starting to pick up as the water temps are starting to cool down.

Stop on in Ken's Tackle and we'll help guide you on the bait and place to enjoy fishing!
