While any rain will hold off until well after the race, chill winds off theAtlantic Ocean will be a factor for Monday`s long foot race. Those easterlywinds will tend to quicken as the race unfolds and, by the time runners crossthe finish line, will reach 20, 25 and even 30 mph.Clouds will be thin and patchy enough for breaks of sunshine, at least earlyin the race.
