Weather at the U.S. Open Tuesday

Tuesday's play at the U.S. Open will coincide with a rebound in temperature aswarming spreads over New York and the Northeast.Bright sunshine will hold sway all day lifting the temperature to a July-like86 F. Humidity will remain moderate.

Winds will quicken enough to be somewhat of a factor in the afternoon. At thistime, southerly winds will reach 10 to 18 mph with a few gusts to 25 mph.
