'We've had enough of these cheeseheads'

Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn says he will make good on a bet he made with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker over the Packers-Bears NFC championship game.

Walker, a Republican, and Quinn, a Democrat, made a bet before the NFC championship game in January. The loser would go to the other state and hand out food at a local food pantry, wearing the winning team's jersey.

After the Packers beat the Bears, a Quinn spokeswoman said he would make good by the end of February. But then Madison exploded with protests, and Quinn never made the trip north. (His state was the refuge for fleeing Democratic lawmakers.)

Walker, apparently tired of waiting, followed through on the bet Monday handing out brats, cranberries, cherry pies and honey at a Kenosha food pantry. Quinn was asked about the bet at a Monday news conference. He said he would wear a Packers jersey and hand out food at a Wisconsin food bank before the regular season starts.

"We'll pay the bet, and this year the Bears will beat the Packers twice and go to the conference championship and win, and then hopefully win the Super Bowl," Quinn said. "But we've had enough of these cheeseheads."

Teen is YouTube hit againUnlikely viral video star 14-year-old Rebecca Black has released a follow-up to her first hit, "Friday." Black's second music video, "My Moment," debuted Monday. In less than 24 hours, it was watched more than 1.9 million times on YouTube. It's also streaming on her website and is available on iTunes. The video is better produced than her "Friday" video, which amassed more than 160 million views before it was removed from YouTube last week. Black and her team have disputed the rights of the video with Ark Music Factory, the company Black's parents paid $4,000 to produce it.
