We are not unmoved, she said

The Queen cried at "Narnia."

Even if you're uninterested in modern royalty, you probably like the Queen. She's a decent sensible sort with a level head and a good heart.

If they're smart they'll put MADE THE QUEEN WEEP in every ad. Can't hurt. The first Narnia movie made a huge amount of money when released in 2005; the sequel, 2008's Prince Caspian, dropped by almost half. Perhaps people didn't realize it was a sequel. It seems difficult to market these movies; the average moviegoer might not have a firm grasp on what Narnia means, aside from snow and a talking lion and centaurs, and what else again? Oh, right: obnoxious British child actors. That's what I took away from the second one, if memory serves, but I'll still see the third one; I hope they make enough to do all seven books. A culture is better off when there are more "Narnia" movies than "Saw" sequels.
