Motorcycle accident. A female on a motorcycle tipped over at Manning Avenue and 15th Street. She was not injured and did not want any medical help.
BAYPORT
JULY 3
Downed Jet Ski. Police pulled two people out of the St. Croix River near Bayport after the Jet Ski they were riding flipped and stalled.
DENMARK TOWNSHIP
JULY 2
Suspicious activity. Police observed a vehicle suddenly turn on its lights and pull out of the lot at Valley Pontiac Buick GMC Inc., 12257 Point Douglas Drive. Policed stopped the vehicle and found the driver had no proof of insurance. The driver stated he had heard a sound coming from his tires and wanted to check them out so he pulled into the dealership. The tire on one wheel was in bad shape, police said.

JUNE 29
Vehicle in a ditch. Police checked on a report of a truck in a ditch in the area of Jody Avenue and Gateway Trail. Police contacted the owner, who stated that he had lost control of the vehicle. He was uninjured and had made arrangements for a tow.
Suspicious situation. Someone in the 9000 block of Heron Avenue reported an unknown person lurking around their house. Police were unable to find anyone.

JULY 1
Sidewalk buckled. Police responded to a report of the sidewalk buckling as high as 12 to 18 inches on the west side of Oneka Parkway near Frenchman Road. Public works was notified.
LAKE ELMO
JUNE 30
Unoccupied boat. Police observed an unoccupied rowboat adrift on Lake Elmo near Lake Elmo Avenue and 24th Street. Police contacted the owner, who retrieved the boat.
SCANDIA
JULY 4
Cows loose. Several cows reportedly were loose on Olinda Trail near Hwy. 97. Police checked the area but were unable to find the animals.
Fireworks damage. Police received a report of fireworks hitting a house and damaging it in the 12000 block of 182nd Street.
WOODBURY
JULY 2
Burglary. A window of the 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment store at 9470 Hudson Road was broken and $200 in cash along with the cash drawer were taken, according to police reports.
JULY 3
Skateboarding complaint. Police received a report of four juveniles skateboarding in an area marked "no skateboarding" in the 10000 block of City Walk Drive. When the complainant asked the skateboarders to leave, they refused, according to police reports. The juveniles were gone when police arrived.
JULY 4
Safety concern. An alligator reportedly was sighted in a pond near the 10th tee at the Prestwick Golf Course, 9555 Wedgewood Drive. Police arrived to find the owner of the alligator looking for the animal in the pond. The owner stated that the alligator had escaped from his residence. Police issued a citation to the owner for keeping or harboring an alligator in the city of Woodbury. The owner later found the alligator, according to police reports.
JULY 5
Missing parrot. A dark green parrot with a red beak was reported missing in the 1700 block of Spinnaker Drive. Police received a call later that the bird had been found.
