I really wish we didn't have to read the words "Randy Quaid" and "squatting" in the same sentence:

It gets better! E! reports:

Wacky isn't the word, really. You suspect it might be a folie a deux, which is French for "Crazy as an outhouse rat." Actually, wikipedia says it's "a rare psychiatric syndrome in which symptoms of a delusional belief are transmitted from one individual to another." Something's not right here. Wikipedia also notes that "Similar experiences of folie à deux ohave been reported during Shamanic journeying in a group setting. A typical example is that of the interaction between power animals of two or more people who were guided in a Power-Animal retrieval journey during the same session and by the same Shaman." Power-Animal Retrieval Journey sounds like an episode of a1993 children's animated show from 1993. Anyway, where were we? The Quaids? Oh, who cares.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
