The drink: Jeanette's.

Making it: Sweetened aloe vera juice is shaken with fresh squeezed lime juice, a house-made strawberry syrup and ice, then topped with club soda and garnished with a maraschino cherry.

The drink: Figgy Honey Bear.

Making it: Cream, aromatic bitters and a house-made fig-and-honey syrup are shaken with ice and topped with seltzer and lemon and orange peel.

The drink: Erik the Red.

Making it: Lime juice, a house-made ginger syrup and Angostura bitters are shaken with ice, poured over ice, then topped with club soda and garnished with a lime wheel.

The drink: Vanilla.

Making it: Simple syrup, lemon juice, cherry-vanilla bitters and fresh cranberries are shaken with ice, then poured into a pilsner glass and topped with cooled rooibos tea that has been steeped with vanilla bean, orange and lemon zest, and club soda.
