Denny's gave away more than 2 million free breakfast meals after its promotion advertised during the Super Bowl. But Minnesota-based Schwan's is out-giving Denny's by offering $10 in free merch online. Go to the Schwan's site after 11 a.m. Saturday and sign up to get an entree worth up to $10 free, including free home delivery.
The offer is open to anyone who has not placed an order in the last 14 weeks. The first 500,000 customers to sign up will get the deal. When Denny's did its promo, its website received 40 million hits, causing it to crash. Let's hope Schwan's is prepared for the onslaught. The offer is supposed to last for several weeks until they reach 500K but whom are they kidding? FREE FOOD!!!
