NEW ORLEANS -- If anyone is wondering, the Vikings are wearing their normal home purple uniforms tonight because the Saints elected to wear white. It's the home team's call.

The Vikings beat the Saints on a Monday night two years ago wearing their purple uniforms in the Superdome. The Vikings were in their normal road white uniforms for last season's NFC title game.

Also, the referee for this game is Terry McAulay. McAulay and his crew will be watching and calling this one closely to make sure it doesn't get chippy.
