The Vikings waived wide receiver Owen Spencer from their practice squad today and resigned guard Butch Lewis. Spencer had joined the practice squad last week along with fellow receiver Kris Adams. Lewis had previously been a member of the Vikings' practice squad from Weeks 8-13.
