The Vikings did some shuffling with their backup offensive linemen on Tuesday, signing center Jon Cooper off their practice squad and cutting center Kory Lichtensteiger. The team also signed offensive tackle Patrick Brown (Central Florida) to its practice squad.

It turned out that Brown was one of four offensive linemen who auditioned for a spot. Also in for workouts were tackles Dan Gay (Baylor) and Clint Oldenburg (Colorado State) and center Daniel Sanders (Colorado).
