CARTER SUPPORTS VIKINGS MOVE

Former Vikings star Cris Carter said on ESPN that deactivating Adrian Peterson was the right move. "You can't beat a kid to make them do what you want them to do," Carter said. "The only thing I'm proud about is the team that I played for – they did the right thing. Take him off the field. We're in a climate right now where I don't care what it is, take him off the dag-gone field. As a man, that's the only thing we really respect. We don't respect no women, we don't respect no kids. … Take him off the field because they respect that."

MANO-A-MANO

Vikings WR Greg Jennings vs. Pats CB Darrelle Revis

WHO WON?

Jennings made his 500th career reception, but that was all. Former All-Pro Revis had his 22nd career interception on a pass intended for Jennings.

Jones slipped past Viking T Matt Kalil (75) and blocked the kick, then scooped it up and returned it for a TD.
