The Vikings have a head coach in Mike Zimmer. They seem to be moving closer to an offensive and defensive coordinators in Norv Turner and George Edwards.

As for the quarterback situation, they'll have a few months to figure that out. The popular solution seems to be selecting one with the eighth pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, according to some of the latest mock drafts.

ESPN's Mel Kiper has the Vikings selecting Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater with their first round pick. Some have Bridgewater as the top overall pick, but Kiper isn't sold on if he can start immediately for a franchise. Apparently, some teams don't think he's even a first round talent

NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah has the Vikings selecting UCF quarterback Blake Bortles in his mock draft, while CBSSports.com's Dane Brugler thinks Fresno State quarterback Derek Carr.

CBSSports.com's Rob Rang is the only one that doesn't have the Vikings picking a quarterback. He has UCLA outside linebacker Anthony Barr drafted by the Vikings.

Of course, it's only January. These mock drafts will change weekly leading up to the draft in May.
