Linebacker Eric Kendricks bounced around inside the Winter Park fieldhouse on Friday morning, looking lively two days before the Vikings (9-2) kick off against the Falcons (7-4).

That's a good sign for Kendricks' availability Sunday after the linebacker missed a practice earlier this week due to a hip injury. He was limited in practice Friday and is officially listed as questionable. Kendricks has played 98 percent of the snaps this season, trailing only safety Harrison Smith on the Vikings defense.

Right tackle Mike Remmers was not spotted during the 15 minutes of practice open to reporters on Friday. Remmers, who has been ruled out, injured his lower back Wednesday, according to head coach Mike Zimmer. Remmers has passed the concussion protocol that sidelined him for three straight games, but he will miss a fourth game in Atlanta.

"I don't think it's bad, but we'll see," Zimmer said of Remmers' injury on Thursday.

Rashod Hill will get his fourth start for Remmers.

For Atlanta: Falcons head coach Dan Quinn ruled out top cornerback Desmond Trufant (concussion) for Sunday.
