FINAL MINUTE AGONY STRIKES AGAIN

The Vikings' loss to the Cowboys on Sunday marked the third time this season they've lost on a game-winning touchdown with less than a minute left. The Bears and Browns also defeated the Vikings in consecutive weeks (Week 2 and 3) in that situation. Bears QB Jay Cutler found TE Martellus Bennett from 16 yards with 10 seconds left to win 31-30, and Browns QB Brian Hoyer threw 7-yard pass to TE Jordan Cameron with 51 seconds left to stun the Vikings 31-27. As well, the Vikings dodged a bullet in Week 4 in London when they held off Pittsburgh in a 34-27 victory by stopping the Steelers at the 6-yard-line.

MANO-A-MANO

Vikings MLB Erin Henderson vs. Dallas TE Jason Witten

WHO WON?

Witten sliced up the Vikings defense with eight catches for 102 yards and a touchdown. Henderson managed a season-low four tackles. Witten wins by unanimous decision.

PLAY OF THE GAME

END OF THE LONG MARCH

Tony Romo (9) capped a nine-play, 90-yard drive on a 7-yard TD to Dwayne Harris (17) with 35 seconds left. Romo stepped up in the pocket on a four-man rush to find Harris cutting to the middle. Harris dived into the end zone, squeezing through CB Marcus Sherels (35) and LB Chad Greenway (52).

THE QUOTE

"I felt like they would probably double [TE Jason] Witten there, and we did a good job of getting to what we needed to get to." — Romo
