Here are the current quarterbacks whose teams would play in the playoffs if the season ended today, which won't happen because the NFL would like to make a little more money.

Russell Wilson - Super Bowl winner

Carson Wentz - first-round pick and franchise quarterback.

Cam Newton - first-round pick, went to a Super Bowl

Jared Goff - first-round pick, franchise quarterback.

Drew Brees - first pick in second round, Super Bowl winner

Case Keenum - never been a starter for a full season or played in a playoff game.

If you love Keenum, you'll look at this list and view him as a great story and lovable underdog.

If you don't quite trust Keenum despite his success this season, you'll view him as The One Who Doesn't Belong on this list.

Either view you take, you'd be right.
