The Vikings signed a tackle on Monday just before taking the Mankato practice fields for the first time.

Arturo Uzdavinis is the latest of five new offensive tackles on the Vikings roster. The 24-year-old went undrafted out of Tulane last year and has since spent time with the Jaguars, Bears and Lions.

Uzdavinis (6-7, 305 pounds) spent this offseason with the Lions, but was waived in June after Detroit traded for tackle Greg Robinson from the Rams.

He'll join the Vikings in Mankato as training camp gets underway with early arrivals practicing this afternoon following a morning walkthrough.

The Vikings roster is now at the 90-man limit.
