VH1's greatest hits of '00s shows love for Beyonce, Jay-Z

The countdown of the top 100 songs of the last decade will begin on Monday on VH1.

Jay-Z without his wife, Beyonce What were the best hit songs of the '00s? VH1 has compiled a list and they sure love them some Beyonce and Jay-Z. She's No. 1 with "Crazy in Love" featuring Jay-Z, No. 16 with "Single Ladies" and No. 19 with "Bootylicious" by her group Destiny's Child. Not only does Jay-Z show up at No. 1 but he's at No. 8 with "Empire State of Mind" featuring Alicia Keys, No. 11 with Rihanna's "Umbrella" featuring Jay-Z and No. 21 with his own "99 Problems." The power couple of Be and Jay account for one-third of the top 21. At least, according to VH1, where all great songs must have great video clips. VH1's "100 Greatest Songs of the '00s" will be celebrated for five consecutive nights, starting Monday, at 9 p.m. on VH1. Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz will do the countdown. Rounding out the Top 10 are No. 2 OutKast's "Hey Ya," No. 3 Lady Gaga's "Poker Face," No. 4 Eminem's "Lose Yourself," No. 5 Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone," No. 6 Kanye West's "Gold Digger" featuring Jamie Foxx, No. 7 Justin Timberlake's "SexyBack" featuring Timbaland, No. 9 Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together" and No. 10 50 Cent's "In Da Club."
