Not only does Jay-Z show up at No. 1 but he's at No. 8 with "Empire State of Mind" featuring Alicia Keys, No. 11 with Rihanna's "Umbrella" featuring Jay-Z and No. 21 with his own "99 Problems." The power couple of Be and Jay account for one-third of the top 21. At least, according to VH1, where all great songs must have great video clips. VH1's "100 Greatest Songs of the '00s" will be celebrated for five consecutive nights, starting Monday, at 9 p.m. on VH1. Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz will do the countdown. Rounding out the Top 10 are No. 2 OutKast's "Hey Ya," No. 3 Lady Gaga's "Poker Face," No. 4 Eminem's "Lose Yourself," No. 5 Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone," No. 6 Kanye West's "Gold Digger" featuring Jamie Foxx, No. 7 Justin Timberlake's "SexyBack" featuring Timbaland, No. 9 Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together" and No. 10 50 Cent's "In Da Club."
