Allow 30 minutes on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280.
A crash on southbound 494 at Rockford Road is causing delays; 15 minutes from 494/94 split to Hwy. 55.
On westbound 94, it's 23 minutes from McKnight Road to downtown Minneapolis.
In the south metro:
The Crosstown is creeping along. Eastbound you can plan on 15 minutes from Hwy. 169 to 35W; westbound from 28th Avenue to 35W is 8 minutes.
