I should like more of Adult Swim, but I don't. Too old and jaded, maybe. The idea of seeing cheap Hanna-Barbera style animated figures curse and say naughty things wore off around 1999. Robot Chicken's good, but goes a very long way. Aqua Teen Hunger Force made me think "this is clever, but do I have something better to do than listen to a sarcastic floating self-aware French Fry container?" Turns out I did. I hate Family Guy. Yes, it's funny. I still hate it. Remember that time they did that one thing? Right. KOTH was an American treasure; it loved its characters much more than the Simpsons writers ever did, which is why it'll hold up for a long, long time. Space Ghost Coast to Coast, along with Harvey Birdman and the Brak Show, was probably the highlight of Williams Street contributions - I mean, just look at some of their upcoming titles: "Mary Shelley's Frankenhole." Or "Cheyenne Cinnamon and the Fantabulous Unicorn of Sugar Town Candy Fudge," which I expect will be about My Little Ponies who swear and defecate.

On the other hand, there's the Venture Brothers, the funniest show on television, and its creator says new eps are coming . . . in August. More here.
