Heavy snow will continue to stream southward and southeastward off the GreatLakes in bands and narrow streaks through the middle of the week.Up to a foot of additional snow will fall between Monday night and Tuesdaynight just southeast of lakes Huron and Erie. A few spots in southwesternOntario have already had in excess of 3 feet of snow since Friday due topersistent lake-effect snow bands.
Motorists traveling within the affected regions should prepare for hazardouswinter driving with drastic shifts in visibility and road condition over shortdistances. In heavy bands, falling and blowing snow will sharply lowervisibility.
